We can offer your group or family the self contained 1830's self catering /lake front Chappet House/ available for groups to take for 2/3 days, 1 week or longer breaks. Enjoy being left to your own devices with a large eat in country kitchen with double stainless steel oven and loads of bench space. A warmly opulent yet comfortable living room, with views to Lake Annecy, where you can relax with television, CD player, DVD player, DVD library and wood stove. In each room there are Fabrics from Le Monde Sauvage in Paris, hair-dryers, tv/dvd and original art. There is a waterfront garden from where you can kayak, row out on the lake on one of our little boats, sail, swim or just relax in the warm Alps summer and spring. A fabulous base for winter for your group to pick and choose a variety of French or even Swiss ski resorts. No need to be locked into one resort - try them all, from typical French ski stations or the other extreme big resorts such as Meribel! When you don't feel like swimming, skiing or cycling try the Michelin restaurants around the lake, stroll the many markets or shop in stylish Annecy for fabulous French fashions. Take a day trip to Geneva or Italy.

Great for paragliding, hang-gliding, walking or cycling groups as you are right in the heart of the action. From the front terrace you can see the paragliding and hang-gliding take-offs from Col de la Forclaz and then monitor the flights!
