Our accommodation is set in an original early 1800s building so you can enjoy the character of this very French style lodging combined with the waterfront location of Lake Annecy. The house had been in the Chappet family for 5 generations and the rooms are in the 1830s original house where the Chappets lived while they ran and operated their well known waterfront restaurant, specialising in fish from Lake Annecy.  
 
A selection of our accommodation looks to the lake and some have mountain views. Each room has been decorated in a classic eclectic style mixed with modern flourishes. Quality beds and linen, soft Egyptian cotton towels. Stylish French windows capture the outlook across the plane trees to Lake Annecy. 
 
Each room comes equipped with televisions, hairdryers and telephones. All our accommodation has ensuites. We have a choice of double beds, twin rooms and family rooms sleeping up to 4 people per room. Cots can also be provided. We have internet access for laptops, a DVD library and a guest loungroom that receives English television.

Our tariffs start at 70 euros per room including continental breakfast (croissants, juice and your choice of hot drink) for 2 people with no view to 110.00 euros for a room with view of the lake including breakfast for 2 people.
